REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At STAT NURSE Learning Center, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing The Ultimate Nursing Student Planner. This policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds may be available for our physical planner product.

1. Physical Product Return Policy
The Ultimate Nursing Student Planner is a physical product. Because planners are printed, packaged, and shipped after purchase, returns are only accepted in limited situations.
We may accept a return, replacement, or refund request if:
The item arrived damaged
The item arrived defective
The wrong product was delivered
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
2. Return Request Window
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund. Requests made after 7 days may not be eligible.
To help us review your request quickly, please include your order number, the name used for the order, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your planner arrives damaged or defective, please email us at Info@statnurselearningcenter.com within 7 days of delivery.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer one of the following:
A replacement planner
A refund to the original payment method
Another reasonable solution based on the situation
We may request photos before approving a replacement or refund.
4. Incorrect Product Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your order details and work with you to correct the issue.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or refunds are not available for:
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Minor color or print variations
Items that have been used, written in, damaged by the customer, or altered
Items without original packaging when packaging is required for review
Packages marked delivered but lost or stolen after delivery
6. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, instructions will be provided by email.
Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or approved by STAT NURSE Learning Center.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, handling fees, and taxes may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at Info@statnurselearningcenter.com.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
9. Shipping Address Issues
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Refunds are not provided for orders lost, delayed, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us, reshipping may require an additional shipping payment.
